岗位:人力资源专员

岗位职责 :

一、HR项目管理 负责阶段性HR Function相关项目的规划与落地执行 推动跨部门协作,确保项目按时高质量交付。

二、招聘与入职管理 负责招聘全流程管理,包括职位发布、简历筛选、面试安排、Offer发放等 拓展并维护多元化招聘渠道,持续提升招聘效率与人才质量 协调背景调查及候选人信息核实 准备劳动合同及入职相关资料 组织并实施新员工入职培训,跟进入职流程及融入情况

三、员工关系管理 作为员工日常HR事务的主要对接人,提供专业支持与咨询 协助推动绩效管理流程(试用期评估、年度绩效评估等) 协助处理员工关系问题,识别并降低潜在合规风险 组织员工活动与文化建设项目,提升员工满意度与团队凝聚力

四、HR日常运营与数据管理 维护员工档案及HR系统数据,确保信息准确、完整、合规 统计与分析人力资源数据(人员编制、离职率、招聘进度等),提供数据支持 协助员工福利管理及相关事务 确保人力资源管理符合加拿大联邦及省级劳动法规

五、制度建设与合规管理 协助制定及优化公司人力资源政策与流程 推动制度落地执行,提升组织管理规范化水平 协助完成合规审查及相关文件整理。

任职要求:

具备互联网行业工作经验,熟悉互联网公司快速发展节奏及组织架构特点

有HR Generalist相关经验者优先

具备良好的沟通能力与跨部门协调能力 做事细致严谨,执行力强,具备高度责任心与保密意识

具备较强问题解决能力与抗压能力。

Position:HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Project Management

  2. Lead and execute phase-based HR functional projects

  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery

  4. Recruitment & Onboarding

  5. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer issuance

  6. Develop and maintain diverse recruitment channels to continuously improve hiring efficiency and talent quality
  7. Coordinate background checks and candidate information verification
  8. Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documentation
  9. Organize and conduct new hire orientation, and follow up on onboarding progress and employee integration

  10. Employee Relations

  11. Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees' daily inquiries and support

  12. Support performance management processes (probation evaluations, annual performance reviews, etc.)
  13. Assist in handling employee relations matters and proactively mitigate compliance risks
  14. Organize employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs to enhance employee satisfaction and team cohesion

  15. HR Operations & Data Management

  16. Maintain employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance

  17. Compile and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover rate, recruitment progress, etc.) to support decision-making
  18. Assist with employee benefits administration
  19. Ensure HR practices comply with Canadian federal and provincial employment laws

  20. Policy Development & Compliance

  21. Assist in developing and optimizing HR policies and procedures

  22. Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies to enhance organizational standardization
  23. Assist with compliance audits and related documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the internet/technology industry, with familiarity in fast-paced organizational environments
  • Prior experience as an HR Generalist preferred
  • Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution ability, high sense of responsibility, and discretion
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
