Location:
- Toronto, Ottawa, Windsor, and London. Occasionally Alberta and Manitoba.
Education:
- High school diploma.
Requirements:
- Cut and trim bricks and concrete blocks to specification using hand and power tools.
- Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
- Work independently with a minimum of supervision.
- Travel to job sites as required.
- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas.
Own tools/equipment:
- Tools.
- Safety equipment/gear.
- Steeltoed safety boots.
- Hard Hat.
- Gloves.
Work conditions and physical capabilities:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
- Handling heavy loads.
- Physically demanding.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Languages:
- English.
Benefits:
- Through union.
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract.
Contract length:24 months.
Salary:
$43.00 per hour.
