    Description

    A Virtual Assistant is responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. This is a direct hire and work from home set up.

    Responsibilities & duties:

  • Research companies to create strategic communication plans
  • Conduct lead generation, prospecting and qualifying potential new clients
  • Proactively schedule calls with perspective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct customer research
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the companys products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
  • Skills required:

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience in using CRM; Experience using Salesforce is an advantage
  • Strong project and time management skills
