We are currently seeking a experienced finish carpenter that appreciates the fine results in renovations from start to finish

RentMoncton is a local business in real estate. We are professional, agile and our goal is to Build, Maintain, renovate and keep apartment rentals in good standard. Having your own vehicle is a must for the position.

We are looking for an innovative all around trades person to join our team. This position is responsible for the smooth and efficient completion of projects.

RentMoncton has several hundreds of apartment units so work could be from being part of new construction projects to sweeping out an old storage room.

We have a positive team and are looking for all around people with general renovation/construction knowledge (maintenance, doors, windows, plumbing, electrical, flooring, all that goes with residential real estate)


Responsibilities:

• Use special tools to accurately do the job.
• Carpentry
• Install windows and patio doors
• Install trim, molding
• Measure, mark, and cut plywood and lumber for use in construction projects.
• Use construction materials for carpentry project.

Salary:
$23.00-$30.00 per hour
