Job Summary:

Working as part of our operations team, the Check in and out clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate stock in, check in of vehicles in our chute; performing vehicle inspections as required; providing customer service; and ensuring all procedures and safety precautions are completed as per company standard.

_Please note this role is working outside in all weather conditions._

Responsibilities include:

Vehicle check in/check out as per established procedures
Complete inspection of arriving vehicles for damage and ensure vehicles inspected meet the program standards as defined by the account or contract.
Must be willing and able to work in all kinds of weather including severe weather, cold winter temperatures, rain, and summer heat.
Reliability, punctuality and dependability are essential
Entering vehicle data into AMS database & printing window stickers
May assist with data entry for MOS and other systems
Other related duties as assigned

Experience & Education requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent
Previous experience with vehicles is an asset
Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license with own transportation
Able to work FT Monday
Friday, days
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent background check
Ability to meet all required physical demands of the role which include walking, standing for extended periods as well as working in all types of weather including severe weather.

Pay is $16-18 per hour depending on experience.
