    The Management Trainee develops future leaders for Etobicoke/Mississauga facilities preparing high-potential individuals towards Operations or Sales Management roles through individualized development programs exposing them to all departments including Quality Converting Reliability Sales etc., ensuring thorough understanding of each area in manufacturing leading teams project managing various analytical projects bottlenecking analysis Kaizen quality corrective action problem solving driving customer satisfaction achieving results creating a safe environment unlocking employee potential.
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • A keen interest in  Operations Management  Sales  and/or Customer Service.
    • Ability to adapt quickly to changing work environments.
    • Strong attention to detail.
        • • Budget knowledge not needed as described using business synonyms;
      , Strong leadership skills communicating effectively at all levels motivating self-starting creative energetic willing-to-learn individuals some travel off-shift work possible.
