triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc.

is actively seeking a
Computer Networking Instructor to join our team at the
Mississauga Campus located
inside Square One Mall.

Primary Purpose:

The primary purpose of the instructor position is to plan, organize and deliver curriculum to students in an instructor led environment.

The instructor will evaluate student performance relating to the curricula using a variety of assessments.

The instructor will assist with activities to support student success, including student internship and job placement, industry liaison and administrative functions when required.

The Computer Networking Instructor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusion.

Qualifications:

University degree in Computer Science is required. Master's degree is preferred.
Five (5) years of related work experience in the industry as a networking professional; theoretical and practical knowledge of the requisite hardware, software, and networking equipment used in lab settings.
Experience installing and configuring computer operating systems and services.
Professional CCNA or CCNP certification is preferred.
Teaching experience is preferred; teaching areas include but are not limited to:
Fundamentals of UNIX
Microsoft Server Administration
Virtualization
Network Infrastructure
Wireless Networking
Knowledge of D2L Brightspace or another learning management system is considered an asset.

Hours of Work:

There are multiple openings available for this role

The hours will be:
8 am - 12 pm Monday to Thursday
1 pm - 5 pm Monday to Thursday
6 pm - 10 pm Monday to Thursday

This position will be based out of our Mississauga campus located
inside Square One Mall.
