Position Summary:

TriQuest NDT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America to the Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Power Generation, In-Service Piping, and Above Ground Storage Tanks.

We are currently seeking an
_API 510 Inspector with ABSA ISI_ to support our growing Fort McMurray operations. This is a full-time permanent rotational position (7/7) with direct flights out of Calgary and Edmonton.

Responsibilities:

Perform visual and nondestructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with API standard 510.
Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition.
Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, rerate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client.
Provide technical input to client as required for welding and metallurgical issues.
Fully comply with all TriQuest and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives.

Requirements:

API 510 certification with ABSA ISI certification. Additional API certifications will be considered an asset.
Reside locally to Edmonton or Calgary, AB area.
Technical report writing skills.
Strong work ethics.
Ability to maintain positive working relations with clients.
Exceptional safety and quality awareness.
Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively.
Selfmotivated and capable of working at a high technical and performance level.
Valid driver's license.
