As a Business Development Associate your role includes:

Providing detailed information about products and services to prospective customers
Guiding customers through their showroom appointments (currently incl. Saturdays)
Following up with Leads, both finance and non finance
Product information support
Rally and show participation
Video content planning, execution, cutting, release and monitoring of success
Maintaining and continuous development of the website configuration tool

Preferred skills/experience:

Excellent communication and people skills
Customer Service experience
Excellent telephone manners
Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment
Video editing an asset but no necessary
Sales experience helpful but not needed
Previous knowledge in the trailer industry would be beneficial but not required
Team Player
Cheerful and respectful
Willing to complete Vehicle Sales License Certification (paid by employer)
