What you'll do:

Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

Receive, inspect and store meat upon delivery
Cut, trim, debone and grind pieces of meat
Weigh, wrap and maintain a display of meat products ensuring facing, filling and organization of products meets company standards
Monitor case temperature, clean equipment and workspaces

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and have:

Meat Cutting and Merchandising Certificate
Minimum of 12 years previous meat cutting experience
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Able to work with all types of meat and meat products
You have exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
You're honest and trustworthy, are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
