Our projects vary from residential, commercial to industrial.

Responsibilities of this role include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Coordinate drawing submissions to architects, municipalities and clients.
  • Onboard and train new employees.
  • Keep the information in Furano's systems up to date and enter data as required.
  • Assist in project management of Furano's internal projects.
  • Direct phone calls during business hours and assist when possible.
  • Assist in the creation of reports.
  • Produce templates to streamline processes and reduce errors.
  • Provide administrative support to the Team where needed.
  • Complete paperwork for requests for prequalification.
  • Create standard operating procedure (SOP) manuals for Furano's systems and processes.
  • Assist with posting, screening and headhunting upcoming job openings.
  • Assist with the following accounting function:
  • Process payroll
  • Create and send invoices.
  • Follow up on accounts receivables.
  • Enter new projects into the accounting system.
  • Reporting
  • Book transport and accommodation when required.
  • Organize and schedule company meetings and events.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are up to date.

Qualifications:


Required:

  • Two or more years of similar experience.
  • Background in accounting an asset but not requried.
  • Work well with others in a team setting.
  • Ability to problemsolve and adjust when plans don't go as expected.
  • Effective communication.
  • Selfmotivated, hardworking, flexible.
  • Taking the initiative with enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, teamwork and creativity.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent time management habits, ability to multitask, ability to sustain focus on long tasks.

Job Types:

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
