Job summary
We are looking for a Camper Behaviour Support to join our team at STEM Camp. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills and be able to support camp leaders by monitoring camper behaviour and assisting with the delivery of activities.Responsibilities
- Report to the Camp Leaders and participate in weekly mentorship sessions to support skill development and career growth.
- Monitor camper well-being, behaviour, and group dynamics.
- Implement proactive behaviour strategies and provide camper support and coaching.
