Your Role and Responsibilities
_Responsibilities:
_
- Ensure paint line process is kept within process parameters
- Daily handling of paint line chemicals, including lab testing
- Maintain filter beds, change bag filters as appropriate flush ultrafilters as appropriate schedule, coordinate, and perform tank dumps and perform initial tank charges
- Forklift operation and chemical transport/handling
- Ensure Ecoat rack maintenance is completed
- Ensure correct part identification
- 5S responsibilities of assigned areas
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules (start, stop, breaks)
- Coordinate part loading with daily requirements
- Communicate issues to Ecoat Coordinator and document accordingly
- Assist with and monitor performance tables for paint line team
- Monitor and report out on all customer measurables (Customer Service)
- Implement and monitor suggestion system (Opportunities for Improvement)
- Adherence to Health and Safety regulations (Knowledge, Educate, Lead)
- Be available for PM duties beyond normal shift (weekends)
- Be willing to work overtime
- All other assigned tasks as needed

_Key Requirements__:
_**- Grade 12, GED, or equivalent
- OJT coating and waste water training at a minimum
- Excellent manual dexterity skills
- 03 years of experience in similar role or able to learn
- Computer efficiency skills in all required areas
