Education:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, assess, and implement new administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities, ensure compliance with procedures, and meet deadlines
  • Perform administrative activities for the establishment
  • Manage policies and procedures for record release under government access to information and privacy laws
  • Coordinate office services such as accommodations, relocations, supplies, and security
  • Assist in budget preparation, maintain inventory, and budgetary controls
  • Compile data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
