Description
Our organization is seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team.

The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the clinic and working with the medical staff to improve patient care and service.

The responsibilities of a Clinic Manager include making clinic policy decisions, managing the team of nurses, scheduling staff and handling all accounting duties.

Experience : 2-3 years in a Physiotherapy/Chiropractic/Massage clinic

Experience in Jane App is a must


Responsibilities:

- answering phone calls from clients
- requesting treatment extensions
- entering new clients into Jane App
- scheduling client's appointments
- taking payment from clients
- submitting claims for extended health benefits

  • Supervise and schedule employees.
  • Interact with patients.
  • Perform administrative functions such as recordkeeping and scheduling appointments.

Salary:
$25.00-$28.00 per hour
