We are a vibrant, progressive Downtown Halifax Optometry Practice.

If you enjoy a fast-paced professional environment and thrive in a team approach, you will love working with us Our front-line staff play a crucial role in ensuring our patients/clients have an eye-care experience like no other.

We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, organized, flexible and dependable individual to add to our dynamic team. Hours for this position will include evenings and Saturday. We are closed Saturday's in July and August and Saturday's of a long weekend.


Some of the responsibilities include:

Answering Phones

Facilitating patient inquiries with our doctors and departments within the office

Booking appointments

Arriving patients

Billing Insurances

Billing MSI (NS Health)

Taking payments

Patient Recalls

Mail

Deposits

In addition to Hourly Wage, Accrued Vacation and Holiday pay, additional benefits after the probationary period include the following:
