Are you passionate about Business Administration and eager to share your knowledge and expertise with aspiring professionals? We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Business Administration Program Instructor to join our team.


This position offers a hybrid work environment, with most classes conducted online, providing flexibility and accessibility to both instructors and students.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Lead engaging and informative classes for students enrolled in the Business Administration program, covering a range of topics including Business Fundamentals, Business Communications, and Business Strategy.
  • Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
  • Cultivate an inclusive and collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation and fosters critical thinking skills among students.
  • Provide guidance and support to students in developing business office skills and procedures essential for success in the workplace.
  • Stay current with developments in the global business environment.
  • Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and projects, offering constructive feedback to support their professional growth and development.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress, using appropriate tools and systems.

Qualifications:


  • Degree, diploma, certificate, or professional designation in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Business Administration or a relevant business field, demonstrating expertise in areas such as business strategy, human resources management, and business communications.
  • Prior teaching experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in business office skills and procedures, including business communications and business strategy.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or similar tools is an asset.
