Here's how

Lead the monthend close process for revenue recognition to ensure revenue is recorded timely and properly in accordance with IFRS 1
Continuously improve and refine processes and procedures that can scale effectively as we grow to increase efficiency and quality of the team's deliverables.
Partner crossfunctionally to understand new / current products; lead the design and implementation of robust operational accounting processes and systems to support the products.

Work collaboratively with FP&A and others within the organization to assist in understanding our actual revenue as well as help provide guidance to support revenue forecasting.

Drive strong internal controls to ensure compliance of all financial reporting requirements and maintain proper SOX documentation.
Ensure accounting policy memos and supporting schedules are properly analyzed and documented.
Analyze unique transactions and prepare technical accounting memos to document accounting treatment conclusions to ensure proper accounting and disclosure.
Work with the business to gather the required data for analysis.
Assist in maintaining and improving SOX compliance related to technical accounting processes.
Perform adhoc/special projects and analysis as required.

What you bring to the role
years experience as a Technical Account Manager 10-12 years of progressive experience in the accounting and finance fields. Technically strong in accounting and external reporting with public accounting experience required. Prior experience with a publicly traded company is preferred.

Ability to act and operate independently with mínimal daily direction to accomplish objectives.
Successful collaboration in matrix organization to maximize performance, problem solve, and deliver results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact with and influence various levels of management.
Dynamic, innovative, and problem resolution focused.
Agility to work in a fastpaced, acquisitive environment and adapt and lead through change.
Ability to immerse oneself to understand problems and propose solutions.
Ability to effectively work in a multilocation organization and adapt to different cultures.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or in a directly related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Prior experience with SaaS business is preferred.
