    Join Our Team: Maintenance Supervisor Role

Our dynamic team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in maintaining our company's equipment and infrastructure, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

    What You'll Do:

    Lead and inspire a dedicated team in a high-performance environment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational excellence.

    Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program that minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity.

    Oversee the maintenance, inspection, and repair of various systems and equipment, balancing in-house expertise with external contractors when necessary.

    Forge strong relationships with the Plant Manager and other key stakeholders to identify critical equipment needs, coordinate special projects, and drive continuous improvement across all maintenance operations.

    A deep understanding of mechanical systems, from HVAC to process tanks and material handling equipment.

    Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on training, coaching, and motivating your team towards achieving operational excellence.

    A strong safety-first mindset, with a history of fostering a respectful and efficient work environment.

    Qualifications:

    At least 7 years of maintenance experience with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

    Relevant certifications and a high school diploma (or equivalent), with a preference for those experienced in anodizing or metal finishing processes.

    Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to bring your own tools.
