Greenlight Innovation is the industry leader in fuel cell testing equipment.

We are working closely with our customers to enable the research, development, and commercialization of hydrogen fuel cell and electrolyzer technology.

We are growing and hiring a Logistics Manager to join the Supply Chain Team. This role is responsible for leading and developing inbound and outbound shipping, and warehouse operations and processes.

Responsibilities include:

Track and report departments KPIs and identify development opportunities.
Oversee and organize the dispatch and delivery of goods and ensure safe storage.
Drive operations planning and warehouse optimization to match company's operating style.
Ensure the team follows production and shipping plans.
Prepare and issue tenders for logistics service providers.
Create a waste management program.
Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost.
Monitor and coordinate year end and random cycle counts.
Maintain health and safety standards.
Other duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 or more years of experience in a similar leadership role.
Experience with ERP/MRP software preferred SAP.
Experience with lean inventory management methods would be an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
CLTD or any accredited certification from supply chain organization will be an asset.
