As our organization continues to grow we are seeking a detail-driven
and proactive Tax Specialist on a 6-month contract basis with potential to join us full-time.
You will play a key role in supporting the Company’s tax compliance
and strategic tax initiatives Reporting to the Tax Manager this role offers
the opportunity to work across corporate income tax indirect tax international filings
&noneeds transfer pricing documentation for intercompany transactions Researching
taxes laws regulations legislation determining impact on Company operations Participating in tax due diligence relating merger acquisition opportunities Ensure adherence SOX requirements finance processes controls emphasizing continuous process improvements Support development of strategies minimize liabilities ensure compliance.
