Bell's forward-thinking Customer Operations team is creating the ultimate service experience for our residential, wireless and small business consumers.

We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


Position Summary:


To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive, collaborative leader and strategic business partner who is client focused and results-oriented and has demonstrated an ability to work in a fast-paced, complex and analytical environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify key churn reduction opportunities & create campaigns to mitigate at risk customers
  • Partner with executional team members to support launch of new strategies as well as optimizations to existing campaigns
  • Drive marketing objectives with the internal marketing, pricing, channel, Business Intelligence and operational partners
  • Manage ongoing reporting and analytics of key marketing programs
  • Optimize the current Loyalty & Retention proactive marketing programs through improved customer retention strategies, campaign segmentation and targeting
  • Optimize existing marketing process and tools

Qualifications:


  • University degree in marketing or a related discipline
  • Experience with relevant Customer Marketing/Project Management experience
  • Solid business and financial acumen
  • Excellent problem solving skills and strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to be a team player
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels of the organization
