Job description
We are looking for a tech-savvy General Laborer that isn't shy of hard manual work. The position supports both our manufacturing and remote site operations.

We'd like you to have stamina, extreme attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to lift heavy loads.

Responsibilities

Assist welders, electricians, pipefitters, or other tradespeople at the manufacturing facility and on remote sites.
Clean, prep, transport, and install computer server equipment on remote sites.
Handle and transport various materials and equipment.
Use power tools and machinery (e.g. forklifts) when needed.
Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks.
Sort, pack and unpack raw materials and finished goods and can include loading materials into production machines; moving raw and scrap materials, finished products and equipment throughout the facility.
Complete daily/weekly/month maintenance inspections on machines, tools and/or equipment.
Perform general housekeeping duties, cleanup worksites.
Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
Good handeye coordination
Familiarity with power tools and machinery is a plus
Communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safety rules and requirements
Apprenticeship or specialization is an asset, but not necessary
Experience with computers, servers, or digital asset mining is an asset
Attention to detail, fastpaced, organized and a 'cando' attitude is a must
