Mobile Security Parking Enforcement Supervisor

Type:

Full-time (8-12 hours shifts):
SMS Security is a mid-sized security systems company that has been in business for 30 years. We supply Security Guards and Technician services to condominium buildings across the GTA.


Position Summary:

Competitive pay rates between $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
Additional premium pay of $2.00 for working night shifts.

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct proactive security patrols of the property observing and reporting any suspicious or criminal behavior. This includes foot patrol and vehiclebased patrols
  • Issue Parking Tickets and warnings for illegally parked vehicles (utilizing the LPR vehicle system as applicable).
  • Identify vehicles in violation of parking codes.
  • Coordinate towing for illegally parked or abandoned vehicles, and direct towtruck drivers to the correct vehicles.
  • Be a positive ambassador by providing superior customer service and representing the company with integrity and in good faith
  • Operate company vehicles in a courteous and safe manner
  • Report any incidents or deficiencies immediately to the Manager or Supervisor.
  • Assist with other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

You must have:

Valid Ontario Security LicenseClass G driver's license with clean abstract**
Good to have:Able to provide excellent customer service
