    Participates in the analysis of new requirements and technological impacts on the existing infrastructure (preparation of SDC change requests)
    Supervises relations between technical teams and suppliers
    Is responsible for the technological and software obsolescence plan
    Validates compliance with guidelines when acquiring equipment, software and service contracts
    Validates, analyzes and advises on actions to be taken regarding service levels
    Possess an undergraduate degree in computer science or an appropriate field
    Must have at least 10 years' experience as a technology architect in similar environments, including a large share of provincial telecommunications infrastructures (MPLS and Internet), Windows and Linux processing infrastructures, software and applications
    Must have designed, in at least 2 interventions, recurring performance measurement processes to monitor targeted service levels
    Lead coordination of multiple technology stakeholders on one 1 major project (
    25 M equipment, software and M/O)
    Demonstrate solid knowledge of software for managing a technological environment, as well as the security mechanisms and tools required to operate a processing center
    Demonstrate essential skills in leadership, planning and organization, facilitation, communication and decision-making
    Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
