Description
The Guest Service agents are the face of the hotel so they must have great interpersonal and communication skills. Always maintain a positive attitude towards guests and colleagues.


Responsibilities include:

  • Check guests in & out of hotel
  • Answer phones
  • Make and cancel reservations
  • Drawer Checks
  • Charge no show accounts
  • Balancing till
  • Close shift/print off all end of day reports
  • Prepare room attendant boards
  • Help with laundry
  • Tidy lobby
  • Help housekeeping department when needed.
