POSITION OVERVIEW

This position plays an integral role in the coordination and facilitation of a host of CPO and Protection Product activities.

Working directly with the Manager of CPO, the individual will support the execution of the Hyundai Promise CPO business plan, being the principal point of contact for various Dealer CPO-related communications.

The individual will also provide administrative support for all Protection Product-related programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development of an annual National, Zone, District and Dealer CPO and Protection Product sales objectives
  • Oversee and coordinate all CPO & protection product marketing and promotional activities. Complete reconciliation of all monthly billings from vendors and lending partners, submit for payment, and monitor departmental budget expenditures
  • Maintain CPO incentive budget file and reconcile and pay all bank invoices
  • Provide support for the full range of CPO and Protection Products programs related to the Company's customer base
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly performance reports, sales forecasts, budget analysis, and fleet demo activities reports for both internal and external customers.
  • Assist in the coordination of all departmental activities related to promotional activities
  • Assist in the processing of Purchase Requisitions
  • Prepare and obtain approval on monthly CPO retail incentives and post on intranet site
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, CPU reports and monthly fleet demo activities
  • Respond to Dealer, Field Staff and thirdparty CPO, HEP and related queries
  • Draft and publish Departmental Dealer Bulletins
  • Daily/weekly/monthly report generation
  • Ensure that all demonstration vehicles required for various Fleet related events have been procured, detailed, delivered and returned ontime
  • Assist in Demo delivery / customer liaison where appropriate
  • Cross Training and back up support of Fleet and Mobility Specialist duties on an as needed basis.
  • Attend and participate in all CPO and Protection Productsrelated events.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Excellent financial analysis skills and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize to ensure tight deadlines are met
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Superior proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Driver's License required
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree preferably in business or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • 25 years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being desirable.
