    Job summary

    This job involves advising clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, answering inquiries, and assisting with the preparation of various materials.

    The job also requires developing and organizing workshops, meetings, and events, as well as implementing and evaluating communication strategies and programs.

    Other tasks include gathering and preparing communication materials, maintaining a digital database, conducting marketing studies, and writing press releases and communications materials.

    Responsibilities


    • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
    • Answer written and oral inquiries
    • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials
    • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, ceremonies, and other events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
    • Develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs
    • Gather, research, and prepare communications material
    • Maintain and manage a digital database
    • Develop and implement business plans
    • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals
    • Conduct analytical marketing studies
    Requirements


    • Must have Bing Ads Accreditation and Google AdWords Certification
    • Familiarity with HTML editing software, MS Office, WordPress, and Salesforce
    • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
    • Knowledge of spreadsheet and MS Windows
    • Must be willing to undergo a criminal record check
    • Must be legally able to work in Canada
    • Willingness to relocate for the position
