Inspection Manager Job Description
Inspection manager provides expertise and ensure compliance to applicable wellhead tubing as well as alignment to industry standards.


Inspection Manager Duties & Responsibilities
Dispatching and coordinating Inspection services

Maintain appropriate staffing levels to include hiring, training, employee performance

Writes / executes inspection protocols

Independently evaluate client requests to determine the steps necessary to address such request through completion

Support internal function, Budgeting/finance, Operations, Marketing, by being the first point of contact for Channels

Interact in a professional manner at all times with both internal and external stakeholders

Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement plans to achieve and realize those improvements

Lead weekly and monthly WTI personnel meeting to discuss performance, improvements and service changes

Ability to handle staffing and client questions and inquiries along with timely follow up

Collaborate with team members to achieve company, business unit and team goals

Salary:
$64,708.62-$130,754.05 per year
