'''Duties'''- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets
- Train, supervise, and motivate a team of sales associates
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Oversee the implementation of loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize profitability
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor activities
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of performance and service.
- Previous experience 2 years in store management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of pointofsale (POS) systems and inventory management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent in multiple languages is a plus
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
- Create promotional materials and inhouse visual designs using graphic software
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
