Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Mississauga.


The
Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all team members and ensuring smooth day to day operations in the facility and the effectiveness in inventory management procedures.

The
Inventory Control Supervisor will provide supervision and train employees on their job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company rules.

Job Duties:


  • Provide supervision & give direction to all team members to support day to day operations within the facility to maintain effective inventory management procedures.
  • Supervise and train employees job responsibilities, safety measures and company rules.
  • Establish work schedules, resolve workrelated issues, and review the work of other staff within the dealership.
  • Review work of employees engaged in shipping, receiving, and maintaining record of all the vehicles that are on the lot, sold to U.S.A and vehicles at the auction.
  • Responsible for inventory control and shipment planning and assisting in loading and unloading vehicles to and from vehicle carrier or auction, making sure an ownership is present for crossing border.
  • Develop, mentor, and evaluate reports relating to inventory operations including onhand inventory, supply inventory reporting and recommendations.
  • Managing and record all the data into the computer system and request supplies and other inventories when necessary.
  • Review and implement changes if required as per monthly inventory count reports and activities with supply departments.
  • Performs other duties as required.

  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

What We Look For:


  • Previous automotive experience is preferred.
  • Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity, work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license.

Compensation:
$27.00 per hour


Hours:37.5 hours per week
