Salary:
***: This position is critical to the administrative support to the Patient Support Program department. The incumbent is to assist the department, including but not limited to, field case managers and program case managers.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Performing data validation and entry for received patient documents pertinent to enrollment and insurance navigation
- Prepare documentation related to Manual Financial Assistance, under the guidance and approval of management
- Liaise with pharmacies and clinics to determine patient's coverage eligibility
- Manage Portal uploads and communications based on clinic and pharmacy communication preferences
- Other duties as assigned to assist the department
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
EDUCATION:
- Secondary school required,
- Some postsecondary preferred or equivalent experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Office environment
- Sitting at a desk; typing
