We currently have an opening for a permanent, full-timeCustomer Service Representative to join our
Customer Service team, based out of our location in Richmond, BC. This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Job responsibilities for this position:
- Manages a high volume of accounts, while upholding an exceptional level of customer service.
- Processes sales orders.
- Establishes customer relationships and follows up with customers, as needed,
- Responds to customer requests, special instructions and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaises with the Sales Team, Scheduling, Operations and the Warehouse to ensure optimal delivery of orders.
- Reports on orders, customer inquiries and other items; proactively resolves matters, as they arise.
- Reviews inventory movement, ensuring FIFO is utilized and managed through adjustments and reconciliations.
- Manages administrative duties, filing and dataentry.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and requirements for this position:
- Proficient when using Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior problemsolving skills.
- Detail oriented and has the ability to prioritizing and multitask.
- Able to work in a group as well as individually.
- Strong work ethic, is dependable and reliable.
