Description

Responsibilities:


  • General bookkeeping responsibilities, including entering purchase orders and bills, invoicing, payroll, bank reconciliations, payables, monitoring and assisting in collection of receivables.
  • Liaise with Production Manager, QA and supervisors on daily activities as required including: a) communicate with the production manager on POs, b) coordinating deliveries in line with POs in discussion with the packaging team.
  • Print product labels as required.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Prepare, organize and store information in paper and digital form
  • Greet visitors and customers at the reception / factory outlet
  • Maintaining systems, supplies etc. at the office and factory outlet, as required
  • Produce Management Reporting package as required.

Skills:


  • Able to use the main software packages competently. Experience with QuickBooks will be preferred.
  • Be thorough and pay attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal efficiently with coworkers.
  • Able to work well with others
  • Professional appearance and manners
  • Able to work on your own
  • Customer service skills
