We are seeking
Transportation Coordinator for one of our clients in
Saguenay region, QC.

Our client is specific in providing advanced adversary (Red Air), air-defense and Joint Terminal Attack Controller (JTAC) training services to allied forces around the globe, including Canada, Germany and the USA.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for all aspects related to managing the day-today transportation and logistics in Montreal, as detailed below:

Coordinate the movement of Aircraft Parts and related equipment (Air & Ground)
Request quotes from carriers
Produce commercial invoices for shipments to US and Overseas
Tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments
Monitor transportation invoicing and prices
Inform of any transportationrelated issues, damaged shipments, delays, high costs
Assist with Critical and AOG (Aircraft on The Ground) shipments
Provide assistance to the Supply Chain in transportationrelated activities in areas such as Request For Parts (RFP), Purchase Orders/Repair Orders, Inventory, Warehousing
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

Education/ Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience and/or education in Transportation and Logistics
Experience in the aerospace industry preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive, professional attitude and the ability to take initiative
Strong sense of urgency and ability to function in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of AMS and/or SharePoint, an asset
Dangerous Goods training, an asset
Advanced computer skills and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Strong problemsolving skills and solutionsoriented
Ability to perform all work in support of our Corporate Values of Safety, Teamwork, Focus, Innovation and Integrity

Salary:
$65,000- $75000 per annum
