Western Joint Electrical Training Society is hiring Apprentice Electricians in Victoria, BC through its WATT pre-apprenticeship program.

This government-funded initiative provides free training, tools, and certifications to help individuals launch a career in the electrical trade with IBEW sponsorship.

Participants gain hands-on experience, paid placements, and structured wage increases. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and ready to begin a long-term career in construction.
