What we need

We are seeking to hire a Business Technology Analyst to join our team and assist on the delivery of IT related projects.

In this role, you will:

Gather, research and organize business requirements from key project stakeholders.
Help create project charters with statements of work, deliverables, timeframes, and milestones.
Support team members with compiling, analyzing, and presenting market research related to Research and Development projects.
Aid in all aspects of the bidding process for client contracts including research, writing, and proofreading proposals.
Write and maintain content for our website as needed, as well as the support in marketing materials.

Qualifications and Other Assets

Fluency and high proficiency in English, written and spoken.
A diploma/bachelor's degree in Business or a technology related discipline example Computer Science, Management Information Systems etc.
Entry level position, 03 years of experience.
Experience with technical writing, documentation, and creating a knowledge base to support current and future projects.
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with colleagues, customers, vendors and contractors.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Any experience in responding to or receiving Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotes (RFQs) is an asset.
High level of adaptability and professionalism.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
