As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service are maintained.

Production:

Monitor Manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve production efficiency
Manage maintenance operations for smooth production processes
Analyze and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, lead meetings

Plant Management:

Ensure plant production meets customer requirements and maintains productive operations
Optimize staffing levels in alignment with projected production needs and company growth targets
Develop and manage training programs in coordination with HR to enhance employee skills
Ensure plant operations comply with health, safety, and environmental policies
