- Design the technical response to business needs (ITIL practices, business requirements, etc.).
- Participate in parameterization and development/scripting on the platform. ServiceNow GRC (BCM and IRM) according to the user stories in their backlog.
- Creates and maintains accurate technical documentation of the development, configurations and solutions implemented, according to the rules established within the team.
- May perform integration testing on user stories.
- Ensures that development performed by the integrator adheres to existing standards and respects Out of the Box ServiceNow.
- Receives, analyzes and resolves service incidents.
- Prepares and executes all phases of the update kit. Trains the internal Desjardins team responsible for the solution. Documents all relevant information related to these modules in Confluence for the IT Manager.
- GRC implementation experience (IRM and BCM from ServiceNow);
- Knowledge: ATF, Resilience Practice, Compliance, ServiceNow Agile Module.
