- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the immigration consulting industry

- Strong knowledge of business development principles, strategies, and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
