Position Summary:

The Sanofi Patient Support Services (PSS) team is focused on enabling patient access to Sanofi therapies by providing reimbursement navigation, logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education.

Sanofi offers several programs across a number of therapeutic areas.

In addition, Sanofi is expected to launch new products and new indications for existing products that will require the design and launch of new patient support services.

The Specialist, Cross-Portfolio Operations, will work closely with members of the PSS team, internal Sanofi cross-functional teams and PSS vendors to support PSS operational excellence initiatives across all therapeutic areas and provide flex to oversee PSS programs across therapeutic areas.

The Specialist, Cross-Portfolio Operations will enable ongoing PSS improvements to enable further patient access to therapy with the highest standards of services, support and care.

The position will report to the Head, Patient Support Services, Sanofi. The position is based in Mississauga, ON.

Key Responsibilities:

In particular, the Specialist, Cross-Portfolio Operations will work closely with the PSS team and cross-functional stakeholders to:

Identify opportunities and make recommendations to the Head, PSS and other internal stakeholders to evolve further vendor partnership excellence
Ensure compliance with local and global PSS processes, and support audit readiness, response coordination and delivery of annual PSS goals.
Prepare PSS performance metrics reports, status updates, budget tracking solutions and communications to support local PSS operational excellence.
Management of the PSS centralized repository of materials and resources.
In collaboration with the Lead Cross Portfolio PSS, gain insight into the objectives of other functions and react quickly to recommend and promote efficient PSS solutions or alternatives to business challenges.
Work across Sanofi Specialty Care businesses, functions and within the PSS team to identify and share best practices.
Work with the field teams across therapeutic areas to maintain a current understanding of health care provider and payer needs relating to PSS support.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree; relevant master's degree preferred
3+ years relevant pharmaceutical experience including experience working with Patient Support Services
Experience working with crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that improved patient access to therapy and/or created new ways of working to resolve key business challenges; experience piloting new digital capabilities is an asset
Strong collaboration, organizational and operations skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated leadership/ and analytical skills, ability to delivery on project objectives in a timely manner
Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to crossfunctional and crossorganizational teams in a matrix environment
Ability to flex, adapt and lead in an environment of changing business priorities
Excellent writing, excel, power point and organizational skills required
Bilingual is an asset (English/French)
