    We are actively seeking a dynamic Program/Sales Analyst to join our team, supporting Boeing Programs. Reporting directly to the Sr.

    Program/Sales Administration Manager, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in collaborating with the entire IPT, managing various tasks on Boeing platforms.


    Responsibilities:

    • Create and maintain SAP Sales Orders and Purchase Orders across multiple SAP warehouse locations.
    • Handle invoicing for all program deliverables, including RC/NRC items and Intersite debits/credits.
    • Ensure timely receipt of products shipped in the customer system, managing monthly invoice clearances/past due invoices, and escalating unresolved issues.
    • Analyze production needs for Partner Managed Inventory (PMI) based on MPS need. Leading quarterly audits and managing nonconforming parts workflow.
    • Manage POs in the Boeing Portal, ensuring completion of PO review sheets in alignment with Internal Controls.
    • Reconcile and consolidate On-Time Delivery (OTD) across all programs, negotiating customer alleviation of late deliveries when appropriate.
    • Collect and consolidate program demand data in close coordination with customer SMEs, facilitating program demand forecasting within the 5year MTP.
    • Analyze customer needs for retrofits/returns, recommend solutions, and ensure deliverables are met.
    • Check conformity to contract, manage RC/NRC Purchase Orders, and provide monthly sales actuals and forecasts.
    • Support audits for sales data and internal controls
    • Perform SAP contract creation and management, and ensure SAP pricing is up to date.
    • Maintain detailed delivery matrices for each program, produce monthly sales reports, and support responses to RFQs.
    • Communicate daily with customers on multiple subjects, including delivery status, production line returns, invoicing, and schedule/demand changes.
    • Support Program Managers and the Program/Sales Administration Manager with various projects and duties as required.

    Job Requirements


    Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.

    • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or a hightech environment
    • Solid leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships effectively.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Outstanding teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
    • Exceptional problemsolving skills, demonstrating initiative and the ability to tackle complex issues.
    • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies efficiently.
    • Proficient in taking thorough and accurate notes to ensure clear communication and documentation.
    • Excellent time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle stress and pressure while maintaining composure and effectiveness.
    • Good understanding of Operations and Finance, with financial acumen and experience in program and project management.
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • SAP experience in a Sales Environment is preferred.
    • Ability to manage aggressive deadlines and participate in oncall rotation as required.
