Description
We are seeking a forward-thinking and upbeat individual to join our Toronto based marketing and sales team who will bring a positive demeanor and a commitment to learn.
In this role, you will be working with different business units with the opportunity to work with industry professionals and their marketing activities.
In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.

- Own multiple projects vital to the success of the business development and consulting teams, communicating across crossfunctional, global teams.
- Support the consulting team with tactical work on the intranet, employee town halls and leadership meetings.
- Provide writing support for materials including social media posts, website content, etc.
- Through analysis of business performance, help develop and present key insights and recommendations to consistently evolve branding and partnership plans.
- Help pull together standard methodologies, recommendations, and improvements on use of digital marketing.
- Perform market research to find opportunities to advise our marketing and product strategy on trends presented by the market, clients, and competitors.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Must be in a Co-Op accredited Program
- Working towards an undergraduate business degree with a marketing specialization.
- Attention to detail and organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with social media, Microsoft suite of products (PPT, Excel).
