This role is responsible for:
- QUAKER Peterborough plant labour analytics on weekly results.
- Daily inventory mgmt. and investigations
- Deep dive into period financials with analysis of drivers of variance to plan and forecast
- Develop BOY forecast by period through collaborative process with key stakeholders
- Oversee annual 'wall to wall' inventory events
- Ensure financial governance and controls
Qualifications:
Who's a good fit for the team:
- Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and Proficiency in Excel required
- Aptitude to quickly analyze data, assess issues and risks and propose recommendations
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple shifting priorities
- Supply Chain (Operations) experience
- Ability to interact effectively with key internal stakeholders (Planning & QA teams, Shipping and hourly employees, QA Enablers, Schedulers
- Post Secondary Education required
