    Located at our Saskatoon Head Office or Fort Saskatchewan Nitrogen Office, this position is an exciting opportunity and will provide invaluable work experience in a growing company. This is a summer internship which will last approximately 4 months.

    This position reports to the Director, Talent Attraction & Sourcing (NPKCC).

    What you will do:


    • Assist with recruitment process across NPKCC (Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potash, Corporate & Commercial) business units through resume review, phone screening, and

    scheduling interviews, as requested

    • Assist Early Careers team with summer intern professional development sessions and focus groups

    • Conduct area and market research in key business operating areas to build candidate heat maps

    • Work with Recruitment Marketing team to create Talent Attraction marketing materials

    • Review, edit, and catalogue Talent Attraction SharePoint site materials and documentation

    • Participate in career job fairs and community events to promote Nutrien at off-site functions

    What you will bring:


    • Currently enrolled in any 2-to-4-year degree, or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2024 or later

    • Ability to work on-site in either the Saskatoon Head Office or Fort Saskatchewan Nitrogen Office
