    The Opportunity:

    As Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be joining the Accounting Department and Project Management team, providing impeccable service to a dynamic group of companies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide support to the Accounting and Project Management Teams and reports directly to the Senior Accountant
    • Generate customer statements and calculate interest on overdue accounts
    • Assist with data input and preparation of invoice packages
    • Collects on accounts in accordance with RAM policies and procedures
    • Daily communications with key customer accounts
    • Assist with client inquiries
    • Ensures projects are in accordance with rate sheets, contract terms and MSA's
    • Participate with monthly closure and reporting
    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in full cycle bookkeeping and holds a diploma or degree in accounting.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts receivable and collections required.
    • High standard for accuracy and attention to detail
    • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based systems and applications

    Compensation: $26-$28

    Schedule:

    Full time Monday to Friday 8:00-4:00 pm

    Vacation: 2 weeks
