    Project Manager (Wealth Services) - Remote

This is the job for you We are currently looking for a Project Manager for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

    Responsibilities:


    • Coordinate stakeholder engagement to help develop and garner buy-in for a new strategy.
    • Develop a high-level timeline and stages for strategy development, then break down shorter-term activities into detailed actions that we can track.
    • Shape the scope, process, and measurement of iterative test and learn tactics within the Prospr sales team to demonstrate results and garner support for further investment.
    • Coordinate process changes and identify training requirements.
    • Manage test and learn activities, including running regular progress touchpoints, compile and share learnings and results, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify pivots based on learnings.
    • Coordinate activities with partner teams to define requirements for future development of products, technology, and process changes to support the progression of the strategy.
    • Simultaneously coordinate activities with partner teams to iteratively develop a business case to support the progression of the strategy.
    What you will need to succeed:


    • University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience (preferred).
    • 2+ years of overall project management experience, demonstrating proven results.
    • Project management experience in the insurance industry or finance industry (preferred).
    • PMP Certification or equivalent, and in good standing with PMI (preferred).
    • PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent (preferred).
    • Expertise in project management techniques, tools, and methodologies.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship management and team building.
    • Proficient in effectively and succinctly communicating project and technical information to provide comprehensive recommendations to management.
    • Ability to navigate and resolve difficult situations, escalating when necessary and exercising critical judgment.
    • Capable of holding project team members and stakeholders accountable to ensure project progress according to plan.
    • Proficient in analyzing project expense trends and understanding their impact on projected spend.
    • Skillful in creating project plans and identifying dependencies.
    • Strong organizational abilities.
