Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the rehabilitation department
- Manage and supervise a team of rehabilitation professionals
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care and treatment plans
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of rehabilitation services provided
- Take part and contribute to regular staff meetings to communicate updates, policies, and procedures
- Handle billing and collections
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare practices, including medical terminology and electronic medical records.
- Experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Proficiency in Universal (Antibex), and HCAI.
- Familiarity with hospital or medical office operations
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong problemsolving abilities
Pay:
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
