Job Overview

The Disaster Recovery Lead plays a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of enterprise-wide disaster recovery initiatives.

• Owns the design, implementation, and maintenance of disaster recovery strategies, policies, and plans
• Oversees the creation of system-specific recovery procedures and run-books across applications platforms and infrastructure
• Leverages partnerships with cloud teams to ensure replication backup solutions meet defined RTOs/RPOs liConduct business impact analyses risk assessments to inform priority DR scope Track remediation plans ensure gaps identified during testing or audits are closed on time Maintain comprehensive documentation support audit readiness regulatory compliance ISO 22301 NIST SOC 2 Lead response efforts during major incidents outages coordinating technical stakeholder communication Manage third-party vendor contracts tools supporting operations h4What You Bring/h4
