- Delivering exceptional guest experiences that showcase our wines and our story
- Creating, developing and managing winery programs that align with our sales and service goals, such as seasonal events, wine club activities and private tastings
- Developing strategies to attract and retain key customers, such as partnering with local businesses and tour operators
- Managing and motivating our tasting room staff, ensuring they are well-trained, knowledgeable and passionate about our wines
- Responsible for the daily operations of the tasting room including scheduling, maintaining stock levels, daily cash out, organization & cleanliness
- Assisting the estate manager with setting and monitoring our sales and expense targets
- Execute onsite events in coordination with Hospitality Manager
- Hospitality experience and some formal wine education (eg WSET 2 or higher)
- A passion for wine and a desire to learn more about our wines and winemaking philosophy
- Exemplary communication, interpersonal and customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail
- A positive, proactive and professional attitude
- Must be able to lift 40 lb cases of wine & be able to stand for long periods of time

COMPENSATION : $21 - $23/ hr
